With summer fast approaching, the hot and sticky weather will be upon us before you know it. Which means more sweating. So it's not the gym we have to worry about.
This 7$ eyeliner is available in both Vinyl and Matte. But they're both pretty similar in my opinion. The vinyl one has a slight shine to it, but on the eye the look just about the same.
The brush tip applicator has always been a favorite of mine over the felt tip. Which imo helps to make the perfect cat eye. The formula is easy to work with. And will last up to 12 hours without budging. And if you're anything like me, you'll appreciate that quality. Since I have the habit of always touching my face or rubbing my eyes through out the day. Which just messes up all the hard work I did. By the end of the day it can start flaking. Also, it may take a few coats to get the richness you want. But overall, for the pigment, performance and price is well worth it. Especially if you don't want to break the bank. You can get the Matte here and the Vinyl here. They both retail for 7$.
If you're more of a felt tip type of gal, the "That's the point" marker Would probably be more up your alley. You can get it here from Asos. It details for 16$. Still a good deal. It's also matte and waterproof. Either one will hold through a tough workout at the gym and a long hot summer day.
