Gwen Stephani to launch new cosmetics company "P8nt"

Surprise surprise. Yet another celebrity is said to be launching a cosmetics brand. With so many celebrities that have already started their own companies and brand names, from clothes to perfumes and makeup. It comes as no but big shock when we hear about the latest one.

TMZ reports that Gwen is set to release a new makeup brand pretty soon. It is said that her LLC LAMB has already filed for patents for 4 different versions of the same brand name in March. P8NT, P8NT Cosmetics, P8NT Beauty, and P8NT by Gwen Stefani.

They all call for a gigantic range of products and services. The first paragraph alone calls for lip pencils, eye shadow, eyeliner, eyebrow pencils and gel, lip gloss, lipstick, lip balm, mascara, nail polish, blush, powder, concealer, compacts, false eyelashes, fake nails, palettes, toner, bath oil, masks, soap, shower gel, bubble bath, eye cream, moisturizer, essential oils, makeup remover, face scrubs, body lotion, hand cream, massage oil, shaving cream, sunscreen, depilatories, hair dye, conditioner, shampoo; fragrances and more. Like all that wasn't enough, right?

Additionally, the patent calls for brick and mortar locations. Which means retail locations. Including a website and promoting public awareness in the field of beauty, fashion, makeup, cosmetics, and female education and empowerment," as well as "charitable services, namely, promoting public awareness in the field of beauty, fashion, make-up, cosmetics, and female education and empowerment.

Of course Gwen is no stranger to this world. Besides being the front woman for No Doubt, she's already done makeup collabs and ad campaigns with major cosmetics companies like Revlon and Urban Decay. And has a perfume and glasses line under her belt. I for one can't wait to see what else she has in store.
